• Handle screening tenant including credit and criminal background and personal interviews
• Contact associations for updates and on ongoing agenda items
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance program for the properties
• Implement and enforce association/board rules and policies
• Supervise the bidding process for outside subcontractors
• Provide 24 hour emergency service
• Assist in evictions process including starting the process by post three day notices
• Preparing of lease agreements under Florida Law
• Preparing all the Required Florida Disclosure
• Negotiating and collecting funds
